Billing Support

If you need help with a Premium purchase, renewal, cancellation, or payment confirmation on APQZ.com, use this page as a guide. For faster support, prepare your APQZ account email, payment time, amount, currency, order number, or transaction hash.

Crypto Payments

Some APQZ orders may be processed through Plisio or another crypto payment provider. Crypto payments must wait for blockchain confirmation. Confirmation time depends on the selected currency, network congestion, and fee settings. After confirmation, Premium status is normally updated automatically.

Payment Not Activated

If the blockchain shows your transaction as confirmed but your APQZ account was not upgraded, email [email protected] with the transaction hash, currency, amount, payment time, and APQZ account email. We will check the order and update it when verified.

Cards, Subscriptions, and Billing Status

If your order is handled by a third-party payment service, the billing descriptor, receipt, or confirmation email may look different. Keep your receipt and check account settings for Premium expiration, subscription status, and payment history.

Cancellation

If your plan supports automatic renewal, cancel from your account or the payment provider management page. After cancellation, paid access usually remains active until the end of the current billing period. If no cancellation link is shown, contact APQZ support with account and order details.

Refund Requests

Refund handling depends on payment method, order status, usage, and payment provider rules. Contact us quickly if you believe there was a duplicate charge, missing activation, or clear order error. Crypto payments can be difficult to reverse after blockchain confirmation and may require extra verification.

Tips

Do not create multiple orders or repeatedly refresh the checkout page after payment. If status does not update immediately, wait for network confirmation or provider callback. Send complete support details in one email to avoid delays.
